Parus skyscraper

Max Krippa, the owner of the NAVI team, has received permission from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to purchase a landmark property in Kyiv - the Parus business center. According to the approved agreement, Ola Fine LLC, a company owned by the businessman, will buy Parus Holding LLC, which controls the property.

This was reported by the AMCU press service.

This significant event in the real estate market reflects the strategic movements of investment asset owners in Kyiv. Parus Business Center, a class A business center with an area of 70 thousand square meters and 33 floors, is located in the heart of the Ukrainian capital, making it an important object for both commercial and investment interests.

According to the YouControl service, the deal was made between Maksym Krippa and the former owner of 80% of Parus Holding, entrepreneur Vadym Stolar, who controlled the company through the Genesis fund. Together with his ex-wife Inna Maistruk, who owns the remaining 20% of the shares through the Stream Investment fund, they finalized the deal with Krippa.

This move by Max Krippa has aroused the interest of market analysts, who note that the acquisition of Parus could have a significant impact on his business development strategy and investment portfolios.

Parus skyscraper is a smart investment and here's why

In 2005-2008, the Parus skyscraper was the tallest building in Ukraine, symbolizing a modern architectural approach and the progress of construction in the country. And even today, years later, the business center remains in demand and attractive to entrepreneurs and companies. In addition to the prestigious location in the center of Kyiv, tenants pay attention to a number of important characteristics of the building.

The height of the business center is 133.1 meters, and with the antenna - 149.5 meters, which gives the building an impressive and well-known appearance in the cityscape. The building has 33 floors with office floors capable of withstanding loads of up to 250 kg/m², providing a high level of safety and comfort for tenants.

Inside the business center, there are modern conference halls for 40 and 100 delegates, which makes Parus BC an attractive venue for various events and conferences. For the convenience of employees, there is a canteen on the 2nd floor, and restaurants offering a variety of food and service on the 4th and 31st floors. The ceiling height is 3.10 meters, which creates a spacious and comfortable workspace.

The total usable floor area is 75,000 square meters, providing ample space for offices and commercial premises. With a typical office floor of around 1,168 square meters, Parus offers a variety of layouts and configurations to suit the needs of different companies and businesses. The building has a total gross floor area of 300,676 cubic meters, which underscores its significance as one of the key real estate properties in Kyiv.
